In cooperation with Artistic Research PhD Programme of the University of Applied Arts Vienna
A Science of Singularity in the Age of Light
We are delighted to announce a new collaboration between the Artistic Research PhD in Art Programme at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and PART. From May 26 – 29, 2026, the Public Colloquium unfolds as a four-day open seminar at THE HALL, bringing together artistic researchers and audiences in a shared space of inquiry and exchange. The programme will be held from 1 to 6 pm each day.
The colloquium will feature presentations by 15 doctoral candidates from the PhD in Art programme, each offering insight into their ongoing artistic research. Their presentations will be followed by public conversations, feedback sessions, and critical reflections with four invited guest critics. The event invites audiences to engage directly with current artistic research and to take part in its unfolding.
