One Year PARTy

One year ago, we opened the doors of PART with the idea of creating a space for artistic exchange, experimentation, conversations, and community. Since then, so many artists, curators, writers, neighbours, friends, and collaborators have shaped this place with us.

We would therefore love to celebrate this first year together!

Followed by drinks, food, and a DJ set by Elsa Okazaki till 11 pm.

For PART's one-year anniversary, Stina Fors presents a birthday entertainment act. Clowning, balloon tricks, awkwardness, absurdity, laughter, and the unusually tall room at PART are some of the ingredients in this approximately 30-minute performance.

This selection of video works by Latinomerican artists showcases the remarkable versatility of contemporary practices, seamlessly blending digital and handmade animation, AI-driven tools, and music video aesthetics. Through the deliberate use of humor, camp sensibilities, raw realism, and the construction of fictional worlds, these artists articulate alternative narratives that disrupt conventional frameworks of representation and hegemony.
